Italia1990.com will here provide extensive reports and analyses of all the 52 matches played in the 1990 World Cup, as well as examinations of the 24 teams and their preparations for the tournament from the end of the qualification to the beginning of June 1990. 

As the website remains a work in progress that currently focusses on the qualification stage, we will only continue this section at a later stage – likely in 2025 at earliest.
